Oahu

Hanauma Bay, Diamond Head, North Shore, Waiola
No matter what direction you look towards, you'll most likely find yourself staring at lush mountains or a clear body of water. For a place that once suffered one of the worst incidents in history, it's amazing how friendly and helpful the locals are. They carry around a laid back vibe that seems contiguous throughout the city.
Chief's Luau
Roasting a pig and making headbands out of fresh cut coconut leaves. Thirty minutes into the luau, gusty winds and heavy rain swept in. The band and performers continued to put on a show for the next hour, which was admirable.
